Why hire Mass Bay Fishing Guides?
We have been in the industry a long time as Fishing Guides. We started off our business by guiding on other peoples boats, outfitting, and bringing them fishing. We have met a lot of incredible Captains and Mates over the year and we can help you get in touch with someone to help you and/or teach you how to fish.
We typically will start off by helping you find the correct Captain or Mate from our crew or our close knit of friends. Once we find that person they will start off with a few phone calls discussing your needs. After a few phone calls they will meet you at your boat and go over your vessels tackle, gear, safety equipment, and overall setup.
Ready to Hire a Guide?
Typically there are some items you will need to to purchase to get you on the right track. The Captain or Mate will then schedule one more meet up to go over the boat and then they will go fishing with you. Any of these meet ups, and fishing days we typically bill at $175 an hour with a 4 hr minimum charge.
