Gratuity: The 1st Mate will work for the passengers during the trip preparing bait and rigging tackle. The mate will also prepare your fish for eating. These duties are compensated by an "industry standard" gratuity, the customary gratuity to the Mate is 15- 20% of the cost of the trip.

Required by Law: Children under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times we will supply life jackets. For Safety reasons: Extra large people or handicaped limited in mobility due to the weight limits on emergency floatation devices may count as 2 persons. Please Notify us if anyone requires special attention. For Safety reasons: Any passengers considered intoxicated will be asked to wear a life jacket and the trip may be cancelled with no refund. There are no immediate emergency services in the ocean, safety is our chief goal. We can not be responsible for passengers who fail any intoxication test. alcohol policy: beer and wine is allowed within limits, drunk and disorderly is not tolerated!

Discounts: $100 for full day if you book before Feb 1, not including mixed party Thursday. We also give a $25 discount for Each Active Fire, Police and Military Personnel.
